Membership Holds

Need to pause your membership? No problem! FIT4MOM CNS Chicago memberships can be placed on hold for up to a total of 4 months, two holds are allowed per year. All requests need to be received in writing 15 business days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.

For all non-pregnancy or injury related hold requests, there is a $20 fee that will be credited towards your account when you return. Membership payments automatically resume at the end of the hold period. Please log in to your FIT4MOM Pike13 account at any time to view your payment schedule.
