Join us for a FREE mashup of Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre!
- Stroller Strides – Strength & cardio with fun for you AND your little one!
- Stroller Barre – A low-impact, core-focused workout for length & strength.
These classes are designed for moms with stroller-aged little ones and all fitness levels, this is your chance to move, bond, and connect with other moms in our amazing community!
What to Bring:
- Water
- Towel or yoga mat
- Stroller snacks/toys for your kiddo(s)
