Miranda grew up in Appleton, WI. She double majored in psychology and mass communications with an emphasis in advertising from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. In 2013 she moved to Chicago with her husband, Taylor. They welcomed twin girls (Paige and Madison) in June of 2016 and a son (Daniel) in April 2020.

She grew up a life long athlete. As a working professional, she felt like she lost a part of herself when she did not make time for fitness.

Miranda has been teaching FIT4MOM Classes since 2017 and has loved meeting so many amazing mamas and kiddos!

In June 2021, Miranda purchased FIT4MOM CNS Chicago with Angela and is so excited for the opportunity to bring even more moms into our village!
